Morrish Solicitors Launch New Inquest Service
We are pleased to announce we have launched a new inquest service providing support to individuals and families across the country.
Morrish Solicitors have specialist solicitors who can provide expert legal advice and support to families seeking guidance and answers following the death of a loved one that is the subject of an inquest.
We have the experience and expertise to represent any individual who has been called by a coroner to give evidence at an inquest hearing.
The team will be managed by our Partner, John Morrison. Since qualifying with the firm in 2003 John has specialised in personal injury claims, regularly being involved in and representing in complex high profile inquest cases including the following:
- Represented a bus driver who suffered serious injuries in a head on collision with an ambulance highjacked by a patient being transferred between hospitals.
- Represented individual probation officers in three separate inquests investigating unlawful killing by individuals subject to probation supervision, which were the subject of extensive press coverage.
