3radical Ltd collapses into administration
We are sorry to read reports that the Bristol-based technology company, 3radical Ltd, has collapsed into administration, just months after being acquired for £1.28m in a reverse takeover deal. The company has instructed Paul Ellison and Christopher Errington of KRE Corporate Recovery to market its business and assets for sale. It is still hoped that administrators will be able to achieve a pre-packaged sale of the business and assets on a going concern basis to a successful purchaser.
However, it is common for administrators to make immediate redundancies, without prior warning or any consultation process. A failure to follow a consultation process could lead to employees being able to claim compensation from an Employment Tribunal of up to 90 days’ pay. Such a claim could be pursued if:
- 20 or more people were made redundant at the same workplace; and
- There was no information and consultation process, or it wasn’t carried out correctly prior to making redundancies.
If you have been made redundant and need advice, contact our employment team confidentially now for more information.

There are strict Tribunal deadlines within which to pursue these claims, so you mustn’t delay if you believe you may be affected.
