Since its announcement in October 2024, there have been a number of updates to the legislation covered in the Employment Rights Bill, which aims to transform workers’ rights once passed. Associate Solicitor Haylee Chambers gives an overview including unfair dismissal (day one rights), limitation periods, harassment/third party harassment, fire and rehire, collective redundancies and trade unions/industrial action.
