Unison judicial review fails despite overwhelming evidence of negative impact of Tribunal fees on claims – see link below for further information:

Statistics show that from September 2012 to September 2013, there was:
- a fall in all claims of 56%
- a fall of claims in the North West region of 82%
- a fall of claims in Wales of 88%
- a fall in in all Equality Act discrimination claims, including equal pay, of 78%
- a fall of sex discrimination claims of 86%
- a fall of unfair dismissal claims of 81%
