Morrish Solicitors LLP retains Lexcel accreditation
Morrish Solicitors has again achieved the Law Society’s prestigious Lexcel accreditation for client care, compliance and practice management.
We are pleased to have, once again retained the Lexcel accreditation, the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for practice management, which we have held since 2002.
Lexcel sets the gold standard for client care, risk management, people management, structure and strategy, financial management, information, and file and case management.
The accreditation requires an in-depth process including rigorous evaluation of case files, the firm’s policies and procedures, its strategies, and interviews with members of staff from all departments and at all levels. The report has reflected our commitment to maintaining the highest possible standards as the firm continues to grow.
Notable mentions in the report include: recognition of our vigorous anti-money laundering procedures; excellent standard of client care and file management; the retention of the cyber essentials plus accreditation with significant investments in IT that enable greater security measures and efficiencies; our comprehensive marketing and ESG strategy; our training and development of strategies to support trainees at a range of levels including work experience students, apprentices and graduates; and our business continuity planning. Thanking the whole team for its contribution, Managing Partner David Sorensen said:
“This is another incredible achievement, and the partners and I thank every member of staff for their contribution to us receiving Lexcel accreditation for another year. The report has highlighted the steps we have taken over the past year to ensure the very highest standards are met.
An enormous amount of work, commitment and attention to detail is given by the whole firm. Client care, data security and integrity are at the forefront of everything we do, which is reflected in the fantastic feedback we receive from our clients.”
