Morrish Solicitors praised in 2017 Legal 500
We are delighted to announce that Morrish Solicitors has once again been recommended in the Legal 500 United Kingdom rankings. This includes being ranked for two of our practice areas: Personal Injury: Claimant (tier 3) and Clinical Negligence: Claimant (tier 4).
A number of our lawyers have been recognised for their talent. This includes Laura Nabozny who specialises in employers’ liability claims, Jason London who regularly handles maximum-severity claims and Duncan Gardiner who heads the clinical negligence practice, which is the sole holder of the legal aid franchise for clinical negligence work in the Bradford area.
The Personal Injury team has been singled out for operating on a national basis for a growing list of trade union clients in particular, stating that “its coverage runs the gamut of PI matters, from fatal and serious injuries and occupational disease, through to employers’ liability and road traffic accidents.”
Our Clinical Negligence team is recommended as a practice who acts for a range of claimants, including cases involving fatalities, birth injuries, cosmetic surgery and dental negligence. Associate Jane McBennett is also recommended.
