New appointments to our expanding employment team
We’re pleased to welcome Ranjit O’Mahony, Kate Forrest and Nicholas McMahon to the firm.
Ranjit O’Mahony (Senior Solicitor), Kate Forrest (Solicitor), and Nicholas McMahon (Legal Assistant) have joined the team, headed by partner Daniel Kindell, which provides employment law services to private clients and members of 32 trade unions and associations nationally.
Ranjit has over 18 years’ experience of advising individuals and trade unions on employment tribunal claims including claims for discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, protective awards and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) cases. She specialises in dealing with complex employment tribunal claims.
Kate was admitted in 2010 and practised employment law for six years before moving to work in-house for a trade union for seven years. She has expertise in all employment claim types, ranging from unpaid wages and unfair dismissal to discrimination and TUPE.
Nicholas joins the firm having just completed his Law LLB degree at the University of Leeds.
