New legal services partnership for Morrish Solicitors and Social Workers Union
Morrish Solicitors are pleased to announce that they will be providing legal services to the Social Workers Union and its members.
The Social Workers Union was launched by the British Association of Social Workers in 2011. Their representatives are social workers and they provide a service tailored specifically towards the needs of social workers, setting them apart from any other trade union.
From the end of June, Morrish Solicitors will be providing a variety of legal services, including a free personal injury service for their members.
Paul Scholey, Senior Partner at Morrish Solicitors said “we are delighted to be working with the Social Workers Union in providing legal advice and representation to the union and their members. We believe everyone should have access to legal services and advice and this new partnership will allow us to provide support to members and their families when they need it most”.
This brings the number of trade union clients that Morrish Solicitors act for to over 25 throughout the UK.
John McGowan, General Secretary Social Workers Union said “as a growing trade union in the UK, the Social Workers Union is recruiting more Social Workers. I am therefore delighted to be in partnership with Morrish Solicitors who are a leading and recognised trade union and personal injury law firm. I explored a number of offers for our members but selected Morrish Solicitors as a friendly, professional legal advice firm; along with welcome savings for SWU members. I am pleased that SWU members will receive a wide range of discounts from a professional company”.
