Career

I started at Morrish Solicitors in January 2022. Prior to this I was studying Law full time at Leeds Beckett University whilst also being a part-time waitress. I obtained my law degree in 2021 and whilst there I studied a wide range of law and participated in the Law Clinic.

My favourite topic to study was medical law and I am a people person so working at Morrish Solicitors as a personal injury Legal Assistant was the perfect role for me to begin my career. I am now a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice.

My training involves assisting and supporting personal injury team with their cases. I communicate with clients, defendants, and organisations, preparing documents and helping with case management.

Greatest Achievement

Completing the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award. I completed my exhibition in the Lake District, and I was able to push myself to the limits of what I was capable of.

Part of my award was also to complete volunteering which I did at my local Scouting organisation. I was invited to Buckingham Palace to receive my award with my Dad and I am so proud of what I have achieved and that he can be there as part of the ceremony.

Interests

In my spare time I like to see my family and friends. I also have several hobbies such as baking, cooking and crocheting. I am an F1 fanatic, and I was lucky enough to attend the Dutch GP 2024. When I am not doing any of the above you will find me curled up on the sofa with my cats and partner watching some TV to chill.
