Career
I obtained my degree in Law from the University of Leeds in 1991. I joined the firm in 1993 as a Trainee Solicitor and trained in family, personal injury, criminal and property departments. After qualifying in 1995, I undertook personal injury work for several years before choosing to specialise in family law in 2010.
I am a Partner and Head of the Family Law department at Morrish Solicitors. My role involves managing a caseload of family law matters on behalf of members of trade unions, associations, and private clients.
I specialise in divorce and relationship breakdown including financial proceedings following separation, together with all aspects of children related cases. I also provide advice on and draft pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and separation agreements.
Greatest Professional Achievement
Combining the role of managing a full workload of complex and often emotionally difficult cases with my other role, that of managing a house full of teenage boys!
