Please support our Morrish skydive
Four brave Morrish members of staff – Ashley Dixon, Carrie King, Emily Meredith and Rizzwana Bashir will be doing a tandem skydive from 15,000 ft, reaching a terminal velocity at 120mph to raise money for our Charity of the Year, Children’s Heart Surgery Fund!! It will take place at Hibaldstow in North Lincolnshire on 13 September 2015.
Children’s Heart Surgery Fund couldn’t be more local to us…they are literally steps around the corner from our office, based at the Leeds General Infirmary.
They provide support for children and adults born with Congenital Heart Defects. CHSF provides valuable equipment, resources and research, as well as providing a support service for both the children and their families along the way.
They cover the regions of Yorkshire, Humberside and North Lincolnshire. Around 400 children from these regions need open heart surgery every year. They aim to ensure these children have the best possible chance of survival and to help their families in whatever way needed during their stay in hospital.
This skydive, is one of many fundraising activities that we will be taking part in over the next year.
If you would like to support our team and the charity, please visit our Just Giving page and place your donation. No matter how large or small, each and every donation helps to support children and their families affected by congenital heart disease.
Thank you so much for your support.
