New Digital-First Practice and Case Management System
Morrish Solicitors are excited to introduce a new digital-first practice and case management system into our business practice. Partnering with Tikit, an Advanced company, we will implement Tikit Partner for Windows (P4W) which will handle our practice and case management along with Tikit Connect for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing activities.
Used by over 600 legal firms across the UK, the P4W software is an easy-to-use and configurable application which will help us to enhance our client experience. The software will enable us to instantly view, download and update case details in a customised and secure portal. In addition to this, all of our communications will be maintained in one single, reliable and up-to-date system. Through Tikit Connect an integrated contact management and e-marketing solutions, we will be able to easily maintain contact details and deliver highly targeted digital marketing campaigns.

Our partners, legal advisers, trainees and administrative staff will be able to access the integrated system from anywhere at any time, providing a more flexible working environment. Our employees will be able to scan and upload documents into the system in addition to arranging virtual contact with clients. These capabilities are extremely valuable, especially given the current pandemic which requires us to service clients remotely.
Jamie adds, “The impact of COVID-19 on the workplace highlights what we already knew we wanted from a practice and case management solution, flexibility. P4W will enable us to service our clients whether we are working in the office or from home. We will have a system that is much slicker in helping us to communicate with them and also our employees, who are really excited about using the system. The team at Advanced will be delivering remove training on P4W which will help ensure we’re taking full advantage of all of the functionalities.
