Redundancies made at Plant and Bean Ltd
There have been reports that 30 redundancies were made after Plant and Bean, based in Boston, Lincolnshire, went into administration at the end of June.
If you, or someone you know, has been made redundant from Plant and Bean without any prior consultation, then compensation may be available.
Up to 90 days’ pay could be awarded if:
- 20 or more people were made redundant at the workplace
- There was no consultation process, or consultation wasn’t carried out correctly prior to redundancies
