Holiday Pay Claims Solicitors

Circumstances can arise where an organisation fails to provide paid annual leave, for example, where you are misconstrued as “self-employed” instead of being recognised as a “worker” or “employee”.

Alternatively, you might receive holiday pay, but it falls short of what you are entitled to. We can help with all holiday pay advice matters.

Holiday Pay Disputes

Under the Working Time Regulations 1998, workers and employees are entitled to paid annual leave.

Furthermore, any holiday pay you receive from an employer, should be based on what you normally earn, which means the calculation of it must include any commissions and overtime you usually earn. If you haven’t received your “normal” pay for a period of annual leave, you may be able to claim back the difference.

If you believe your employer owes you holiday or holiday pay, we can support you in your claim. Our solicitors have years of experience handling holiday pay claims across a range of industries, making us well placed to assist you with your dispute.
